Training for Mentors

We work directly with initiatives to build their inhouse cohort of certified mentors under our UN-recognised best practice framework. The most outstanding mentors have the opportunity to join the S&C mentor pool. Mentorship is not only about the business skills, but also communications and influence. Our approach assesses and build the necessary skills through blended training where participants are provided with theory, case studies, frameworks and practical exercises to achieve the best results.

All mentors start with the same core training to later specialise in Pitch, Business support and Market Entry.

Scale & Connect provides:

• Assessment of their mentors and report using a specialised test that measures the most important traits relevant for mentorship in the context of innovation and the future of work
• Communications and management of the mentors from programme outset to certification.
• Onboarding and Training of the mentors
• Certification and Closing Event
